Every new client has a thorough consultation where we will discuss your concerns, what your desired outcome looks like and then a treatment plan is agreed with you. You will also receive a medical consultation which will cover your medical background to ensure each treatment is suitable to you specifically.
Anti-wrinkle injections are relatively painless and treatment takes a few minutes per area. You may experiencing a little pinprick bleeding and small bruising is sometimes possible but is not usual. You would be able to leave the clinic with little or no outward signs of treatment.
As we are working with a toxin which works on reducing the movement of muscles, the injections can take up to two weeks to take effect. This is why all reviews at taken two weeks after treatment to ensure over treatment does not occur.
All new treatments are booked with two appointments (both included in the treatment cost) - the first for initial treatment and the second to evaluate the outcome and decide if additional toxin is needed to achieve the desired result. We prefer to take this approach so as to minimize the risk of over treating.
Everyone's anatomy is different and so results will vary from person to person, however you absolutely will notice a pronounced smoothing in wrinkles and fine lines in the treated areas. In clients with static lines, it can take a few treatments to eliminate lines completely. This will be discussed at your consultation.
When first treating lines with toxin, results usually last around three months. As you progress with your treatments and muscle movement is reduced many people find that treatments last longer - sometimes up to six months.
