Frequently Asked Questions 

I would like to book a consultation before making a treatment appointment, is there a charge for this ?
Every new client has a thorough consultation where we will discuss your concerns, what your desired outcome looks like and then a treatment plan is agreed with you.  You will also receive a medical consultation which will cover your medical background to ensure each treatment is suitable to you specifically.  Consultations are complimentary, although a refundable booking fee is requested to secure your appointment.  The booking fee is redeemable against any treatment plan agreed or will be refunded to you if you do not wish to continue with treatment.
Why do I need to speak with a third party prescriber ? 
Certain treatments performed by us, such as anti-wrinkle injections, use medical devices that are prescription only.  Therefore, a medical prescriber would go through a consultation with you to prescribe any device required for treatment. This is not only a legal requirement, but will protect both you and your clinician from possible complications associated with medical history and contraindications of treatment.
Why do I need to pay for courses of treatments in advance ?
We often advise a course of treatment when looking to achieve certain results from various treatments, depending on clients concerns and desired outcome.  Courses of treatment will often be beneficial to our clients as we offer reduces rates from single treatments when combined as a package.  As a bespoke package has been designed for individual requirements with cost reductions included we therefore ask for course payment in advance.  
Can I share my appointment / treatment with a friend ?
We pride ourselves on our thorough consultation process, taking time to talk through your concerns, checking on your individual medical history and appropriate treatments therefore, we cannot share appointment with third parties.  We are happy for a friend to observe your treatment if you wish. 
Where can I see your special offers ? 
When you complete your consultation forms you will be asked if you agree to receive communications from us for marketing purposes.  If you wish to see our offers, please agree to this communication and you will be added to our direct marketing list.
