TREATMENTS DISCLAIMER
We achieve significant results with many clients and strive to work with you to achieve your desired outcome. However, client’s results may vary from person to person and thus results are not guaranteed. Results can vary according to biological make up and response, diet and lifestyle and it is an essential requirement that you follow all after-care advice provided to you after your treatment. Non adherence to after care advice may result in complications we are not then responsible for. Please also note we may recommend a change in your treatment programme during your course of treatments to meet your individual needs should results seen require it.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULE OF APPOINTMENTS
Paula Coombs Aesthetics & Beauty operates on a 48 hour cancellation policy, and 72 hours for any treatment appointments over 3 hours. If you wish to cancel or rearrange your confirmed slot, we kindly ask you to give us a minimum of 48 hours / 72 hours notice. Cancellations or rearrangement requests given outside the policy time will be charged at the cost of the treatment booked, the booking fee taken or deducted from your course of treatments. 

*For Complimentary Consultations, the £50 booking fee will be charged if adequate notice (48 hrs in advance of appointment) is not given. 

Cancellations and rearrangement requests can be made in person, by phone or email – we are contactable 7 days a week.

COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATIONS
Our Aesthetic Consultations are complementary, however we take a small booking fee to secure the time slot (Aesthetic Consultation - £50).  The booking fee is redeemable against any treatments agreed during this consultation.  

As per our cancellation policy, if you do not wish to go ahead with the consultation you must cancel or rearrange no less than 48 hrs in advanced of your booking. Notice given less than 48 hours prior to your booked slot will result in the booking fee not being refunded.

BOOKING FEE
A booking fee of £50 or more is taken against all aesthetic bookings confirmed with you, including complimentary consultations. 

Should you not want to go ahead with the suggested treatment plan or if you are unsuitable for the treatment once you have completed your consultation, the booking fee is refundable. We thus advise all our patients to have a consultation first so that we can review your Medical History and ensure that the treatment you wish to have is the appropriate for you and there are no medical restrictions.

REFUNDS
Purchases of treatment courses are non refundable. However, funds can be transferred to alternative aesthetic treatments or a credit note within 28 days of purchase. Credit notes will expire after 12 months, and 24 months if pregnancy/breastfeeding delays treatment. Credit notes for courses that have commenced will be calculated based on individual treatment price and will lose the benefit of the discounted course price. Purchases of any products are non refundable for hygiene reasons.

LATE ARRIVALS
We kindly request you to arrive on time for your appointment to avoid waiting time. To accommodate late arrival there may be times where your treatment time may have to be reduced or rescheduled to another date. If the treatment has to be moved, the cancellation fee will apply.

GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift Vouchers that have been purchased are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, they are valid for 6 months. When booking your appointment please state the voucher number when booking the appointment and bring your gift voucher to your appointment. Any Gift Vouchers that have been won / gifted by Paula Coombs Aesthetics & Beauty may have a shorter validity than 6 months.

PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
All offers are limited to one offer per person and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or product purchases.  Competition winners are required to adhere to the usual booking fees and cancellation policy stated above - non attendance without requested notice will result in the promotional offer being withdrawn.

COMPLAINTS POLICY
Complaints should be made by e-mail to the manager at paula@paulacoombsbeauty.co.uk. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days.
